Questions, answered

How long does the whole thing take?

Lab time is 4–6 business days once your frames arrive, or 7–10 business days for progressives. Add a few days of shipping each way.

What if I don't have my prescription?

Choose Send it later at checkout. We'll email a link to upload it or share your eye doctor's contact.

Can you match a color I saw somewhere?

Usually, yes. Choose Tinted, then Custom, and describe it. We'll confirm the shade with you by email before your lenses are cut.

Can I use FSA, HSA or Afterpay?

Yes. FSA and HSA cards work at checkout, or split any order into 4 interest-free payments with Afterpay.
