Surprised

I was definitely skeptical sending my Oakleys for new lenses… However, the process was definitely done with precision and care. They sent me a shipping kit with a return label included, and then I sent it back. It took like 2-3 weeks but it was worth it. Will be sending 2 more pairs this week

Shipping fiasco

Hello. Actually, you have not completed my order. You said you shipped it then the Postal Service sent it back incomplete address and then I spoke with your Chatbot and was promised an overnight kit but that never happened and now United States Postal Service says as of December 5, they are still waiting on a package from you. I know you have the correct shipping address because you took it off my credit card with the same shipping address. This started the end of October 2024 and this is December 17. This is a mess.What’s the story?

Hi Scott - hope this has been resolved at this point. But your glasses are progressive lenses as per a free upgrade we made for you. I'm not sure why you thought they were only reading - but I hope you gave them a try and saw if they worked for you.
